EggBlock is a Paper plugin that prevents the Dragon Egg from being placed in containers of any kind.

This plugin was designed for servers that make the Dragon Egg a trophy players might want for themselves.

About EggBlock

I had the idea of creating EggBlock after seeing so many similar plugins fail to account for obvious containers (such as Hoppers and Shulker Boxes), and also wanted this for a personal project.

The plugin uses Paper's inventory event system to detect attempts to move a Dragon Egg into a container. When such an interaction is detected, the corresponding event is cancelled, preventing the egg from being stored. Additional event handlers cover automated transfers and item pickups, ensuring that the restriction applies across multiple storage methods.
