Enyo's Cart Fix

Enyo's Cart Fix

CartFix improves TNT minecart carting for every player online. It makes TNT minecarts explode when ignited by a moving Flame arrow, preventing “fire carts” that burn without exploding. It also fixes ping issues and makes cart nearly 0 ping.
