EZvac: realistic HVAC for your server
Thermostats, heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, boilers and ducted vents that condition real rooms and pools: built from blocks, simulated like the real thing. No client mod: runs on Paper and Purpur.
What it does
- Heating and cooling that behave like real equipment. Single-stage, two-stage and variable-speed units (shown as stars) differ in power and in how evenly they hold a room. Thermostat signs show a live ETA and how hard the system is working.
- Simple to build: one link tool connects a thermostat to its equipment, vents and signs. No names to type, and every house can have its own "Home".
- Airflow that follows your ducts and doors and fades with distance
- Pools and hot tubs with boilers and pool heat pumps
- A living climate: every biome has its own weather, with seasons, colder air up mountains and steady air underground. Rain cools, heating dries the air, and the HUD shows how warm it feels.
- Dehumidifiers and humidifiers for any room, shed or basement
- Sensors everywhere: thermometers, hygrometers, button sensors on a hub sign, RPM monitors and Eco/Normal/Turbo panels
- Lit screens and click menus on every sign, a climate HUD (sidebar, action bar or boss bar), PlaceholderAPI placeholders, and °F or °C
Official addons
- LiveExposure: a body temperature for survival players. Heat and cold wear them down outdoors, shown on EZvac's HUD.
- EZdebug+: a Debug Potion (or the link tool) that outlines equipment through walls and shows every system at work.
Addons are built on EZvac's open API, and anyone can make their own. Download them from their GitHub releases.
Built to be safe
Every release is tested against save files from every earlier release, upgrades back up your data first, and EZvac never touches a save it can't read.
