Spawning the Farmer Golem
To spawn a Farmer Golem, simply stack two hay bales on top of each other and place a carved pumpkin on top. The structure will transform into a Farmer Golem, ready to get to work!
Farming Automation
The Farmer Golem will automatically search for and harvest a variety of crops in a configurable radius. When it finds a mature crop, it will harvest it and store the items in its inventory. The golem is also smart enough to replant crops after harvesting, ensuring that your farm continues to produce.
Supported Crops:
- Wheat: The golem will harvest mature wheat and replant the seeds.
- Carrots: The golem will harvest mature carrots and replant them.
- Potatoes: The golem will harvest mature potatoes and replant them.
- Beetroot: The golem will harvest mature beetroot and replant the seeds.
- Melons: The golem will harvest melons and replant the seeds in an adjacent empty block.
- Pumpkins: The golem will harvest pumpkins and replant the seeds in an adjacent empty block.
Inventory Management
The Farmer Golem has its own inventory with 30 slots. You can access this inventory by right-clicking the golem. This allows you to easily collect the harvested crops or give the golem seeds to plant.
Chest Interaction
The Farmer Golem can be configured to interact with chests. If enabled, the golem will search for a chest in a configurable radius and deposit all of its harvested items into it. This feature is perfect for creating a fully automated farming system.
Configuration
The plugin is highly configurable, allowing you to customize the Farmer Golem's behavior to your liking. The following options can be modified in the config.yml file:
searchRadius: The radius in which the golem will search for crops.chestSearchRadius: The radius in which the golem will search for a chest.chestEnabled: Whether the golem will search for and deposit items into a chest.
