Gmsp Stash

An OP-only admin toolkit for Spigot, Paper and Bukkit servers. Go invisible in one command and drop random bait stashes into the world.

Features

/gmsp - Vanish mode

  • Switches you to spectator mode and makes you look like you left the server
  • A fake "left the game" message appears in chat
  • You disappear from the tab list and from other players' view
  • Toggle it again for a fake "joined the game" message, and your previous game mode is restored
  • Players who join while you are vanished can't see you either

/spawnstash - Bait stashes

Only usable while you are in /gmsp mode.

  • /spawnstash spawns an ender chest, a shulker box and a spawner together, arranged randomly every time (side by side, stacked, any layout)
  • /spawnstash single spawns one random block from the stash
  • Blocks replace the block you are standing in, even air, water or lava
  • Spawners are inert: they look real but never spawn mobs
  • Stash blocks break like normal blocks and drop their vanilla items (for example 8 obsidian from an ender chest)

Disappearing loot

Items that drop from stash blocks are tagged to the player who mined them. When that player leaves the server, the items disappear from inventories, ender chests, chests, item frames and the ground. Blocks they placed from those items are removed too. Anything in unloaded chunks is cleaned up when the chunk loads.

/clearstashs - Clean slate

Removes every stash block and every tagged stash item. Works from the console too. Alias: /clearstashes.

All commands are hidden from non-OPs in the command list and tab-complete.

Installation

  1. Download the jar and put it in your server's plugins/ folder
  2. Restart the server (don't use /reload)
  3. Opped players can use the commands right away

Notes

This is an administration tool intended for server owners and staff. Stash locations are saved in plugins/GmspStash/stash.yml.
