To handle signs, the API has been upgraded to spigot api 1.20. However, Materials from 1.19 are supported, so theoretically this should be compatible with 1.19.

A lot of changes here are mostly end-user invisible, but a lot of cleanup has occurred under the hood. Things to test are entity damage/protections (entity damage handling has been refactored significantly) and water flow.
