health indicator blocker

this plugin prevents people from using health indicators to see other players health and also prevents people from using diffrent kind of cheats to see armor durability and armor enchantments. it will automatically make it look like players have half an heart, full armor durability and no enchantments while still keeping the enchantment glint (this also works with tools and other items/blocks)
