Horse Guard

Fixed plugin adding previously tames horses to the config when sitting on the horse and using the /horse command

• Use mob name where possible in notifications and gui for things like Mule, Donkey etc.

• Improved in game notifications when trusting/untrusting
• Added a new /horse gui to trust, untrust or transfer without commands

• Added reload command to reload plugin config
• Disable protection in specific worlds in the config

• Removes horse data on death (Thanks to Matt for the contribution)

• Added support for mule, donkey & skeleton horse
