Infinitifall

Please forgive me I couldn't come up with a better nickname for this version.

Note: There's minor updates to the config, so if you care about changing the default messages you might wanna delete your old config to generate a new one (or copy the updates manually).

• Merged #2, which adds the /infinitifall reload command for reloading the config along with adding the accompanying messages to the config.
• Fixed a bug where Maven wouldn't replace ${project.version} in plugin.yml, leading the server to report that it was "Loading server plugin Infinitifall v${project.version}"
