What Change:
Change configuration format "Model" to "ModelItem", I found out that sometimes this not working.
Example:

ModelItem: nexo:forest_axe

Just bug fixing on the configuration show_in_lore argument. and maybe little bit addition like when you reload, you know how much item in the plugin.

/ic hand - Add Indonesian Language on the wiki(I will not continue because hard to maintain 2 deference language)
- Change just little configuration structure on the item config.
- Change text coloring format using Adventure api
