Item Frame Controller Plugin

This plugin will provide functions such as:

• prohibit placing a frame in
• prohibit removing a frame
• prohibit placing an item in a frame
• prohibit removing an item from a frame

In the plugin you can select worlds (even custom ones) to which the rules will apply!

Also everyone who is in creative is circumventing ALL the rules!!!!
