Added support for the Portuguese language
Jails+ has been updated with the following changes:
- Changed package from me.zitemaker to com.zitemaker.
- Cleaned up the code in all classes.
- Ability to modify language files is now only for Jails+.
- Improved the Translation Handling.

Ip-jail command has been removed from jails making it only available in Jails+
Jails has been updated with the following changes:
- A new configuration option has been added for translation messages,
- New translations have been added (English , Spanish, Russian, French and German).
- All messages are now customizable.
- Slight improvements to update logger. To customize a message, open the lang folder and edit en.yml or es.yml. etc.
