Night Vision

Applies infinitive Night Vision effect everytime you join the server. Disabled applying effecct upon joining server.

You can enable/disable effect with command /gamma

Fixed enable & disable messages being reversed/opposite.

Removed all potion effects and particles. Only visible in inventory now.
