Luck SMP S3

Commands:

1. /books | open a GUI with all the luck books (Admin)
2. /luck | open a GUI with the luck book you currently have
3. /withdraw | Let's you withdraw your current book
4. /luckbook <amount> | Gives you a reroller (Admin)
5. /setluckbook <player> <book> | Let's you set the player's book to that book (Admin)
6. /luckstart | Let's you start the SMP, Once you do this command all the players will get a random luck book and all new players that join in the future will also get it on join (Admin)
7. /cooldown | resets your cooldown (Admin)

When you first join you get a random luck book killing a player gives you a reroller dying makes you lose your luck book
