Lycohism
Lycohism is a server-side survival expansion for Spigot and Paper servers.
It adds a layer of nature magic, living tools, base growth, exploration and long-term progression on top of vanilla survival.
No client-side mod is required.
Players still play survival normally: chop trees, mine, build a home and explore the world. As they play, the world starts to respond to time, weather, moon phase and location. Morning grass, rainy riversides, full-moon nights, mountains, caves, the Nether and expedition worlds can all produce different materials when the right conditions are met.
Core loop
Observe nature → harvest phenomena → craft tools → repair facilities → store radiance → explore expeditions → challenge the Eclipse Warden → upgrade your base further
Features
Natural phenomena
The world gains harvestable materials that respond to vanilla conditions.
Examples:
- Morning Dew
- Rain Breath
- Moon Dew
- Wind Trace
- Leyline Sand
- Flower Vein
- Moss Bloom
- Ember Bloom
- Radiant Ore
- Sun Core
- Moon Core
- Eclipse Crystal
Most of this system is data-driven through YAML config files, so server owners can adjust many drop rates, conditions and values without rebuilding the plugin.
Living tools
Craft tools that make survival smoother while keeping the vanilla rhythm.
Examples:
- Dewlight Vial
- Wind Vane
- Leyline Probe
- Flower Bookmark
- Stonework Hammer
- Building Wand
- Moon Pouch
- Solar Pickaxe
- Radiant Focus
Each tool has a clear survival purpose. The goal is to make exploration, building, farming and progression feel better without turning the game into a pure tech mod.
Base facilities
Repair and upgrade three home facilities:
- Workshop
- Study
- Greenhouse
Facilities start at Lv1. Higher levels require structure upgrades, radiance and later boss progression.
Sun and moon radiance
Players can gather Sunlight during the day and Moonlight during the night by standing under the open sky.
Radiance can overflow into Energy Crystals, move through towers and relays, then be stored in a Radiance Nexus. It is used for facility upgrades, tools, altar crafting and automation.
Base automation
Lycohism currently includes several base machines:
- Attunement Engine
- Seedling Cultivator
- Phenomenon Condenser
They connect to a Nexus, pull inputs from containers and process materials by spending radiance.
Expedition worlds and exploration
Progression eventually opens expedition and exploration content:
- Rainfall Forest
- Moonless Waste
- Tidal Depths
- Eclipse Realm
- Sealed Shrines
- Infernal Ruins
- Eclipse Warden boss line
Expeditions are persistent server worlds designed to extend survival progression without requiring a client-side modpack.
Path of Attunement
Lycohism includes a progression path mapped onto vanilla advancements.
It gives players a rough direction for the next step without revealing the whole system at once.
How to start
The first interaction most players need to know:
Sneak + empty hand + right-click a crafting table to open the Workshop.
The same gesture applies to:
- Bookshelf: Study
- Flower pot: Greenhouse

Current status
Lycohism is currently in BETA.
Most major systems are already playable, including natural phenomena, tools, facilities, radiance, automation, expeditions, structures and boss progression. Each development release is tested in game before publishing.
The plugin has not yet gone through a long-term public multiplayer server run, so bugs, balance changes and data adjustments should still be expected.
Feedback from survival servers is welcome.

In short: you may use and modify it, but you may not claim the plugin as your own work or use it as the core of a monetized product or paid service without prior written permission from TinyYana.
