Mace Ritual is a custom Paper 1.21.11 plugin built around a one-at-a-time ritual mace system with hard anti-dupe and anti-storage protection.

Custom ritual-based mace crafting
Craft limit tracking
Crafter and last-holder tracking
Auto cleanup for invalid or glitched mace IDs
Admin mace removal support
Ritual enable/disable toggle in config
Automatic Flow Banner Pattern deletion while rituals are disabled
Storage blocking for shelves, bundles, chest boats, storage minecarts, item frames, ender chests, shulkers, and standard Minecraft containers
Ritual effects with boss bar, sounds, particles, breezes, and global titles
Blocked enchant settings through config
