Apparently configurations don't get automatically updated so this does it

Added chat moderation.

• Opt-out feature.
• Uses Perspective API. For data privacy policy, inquire at them. I do not store any of your data except for the bot setup.

• Death messages added

• Advancement messages added

• If config.yml is invalid (broken .yml) it will send the location of the error, which you can then check.

Bewarned, the console logs may get filled quickly if your config is wrong. To be fixed with V9

Changelogs:

1. An aggresive approach at loading the config. Should any value be invalid (invalid port, no webhook/token), the plugin will hang the server. It will attempt to reload the config every 5 seconds, so you don't need to restart the entire server.
   • You can always validate your config.
2. Added a /version endpoint
   • This will automatically inform you when your plugin is outdated.
   • The message will be sent into whatever channel you linked.

Fixed issue in V4 where messages would not get sent from Discord to Minecraft. (and linking error generally)
