Minerware
Fast-paced party microgames for your server — 15 games, one champion.
Minerware throws your players into a non-stop gauntlet of bite-sized microgames, inspired by CubeCraft's party mode. Every few seconds the game flips to something new: dodge falling anvils, spleef the floor out from under your friends, answer a trivia question, survive a sword brawl. Win the round and you score. Lose it and you sit on the bench until the next one. Whoever has the most points after the boss round is crowned. It's loud, it's quick, and no two matches play out the same.
Why run it
- 15 microgames out of the box, shuffled randomly every match so it never gets stale.
- Runs on 1.8 right through to the newest 26.1.2 — one of the very few minigame plugins that actually spans that whole range.
- No coordinate juggling. The entire arena is built with an in-game GUI wizard that walks you through each step.
- Real progression — stats, 21 achievements and live holographic leaderboards keep players coming back.
- Self-healing arenas. The world is snapshotted and restored after every round, so blocks, mobs and items never pile up or break.
- Up to 16 players per arena, and you can run as many arenas as you like.
The microgames
- Stand on Color — the floor lights up in 16 colors; get on the called one before time runs out
- Break Blocks — hunt the right block out of a scrambled floor and break it, tool included
- Bow Spleef — shoot the snow from under everyone and be the last one out of the void
- Jump Challenge — race to hit five hidden pressure plates
- Hit the Targets — pelt flying targets with snowballs
- Dodge Anvils — survive a relentless anvil storm with nowhere truly safe
- Eat Food Fast — first to wolf down all your food wins
- Slime Floor — the ground turns to bouncy slime; cling to the gold center and knock rivals off
- Sneak — stay low and out of the guard's sight
- Trivia — first to type the right answer in chat takes it
- Build a Snow Golem — stack snow and a pumpkin faster than the rest
- TNT Bow — explosive arrows, a crumbling floor, last one standing
- PvP Madness — full iron kit, one arena, pure chaos
- Build Up — pillar straight up with every block you're given before the clock hits zero
- King of the Hill (boss) — the platform shrinks under your feet while everyone swings knockback sticks; outlast them for the biggest points of the match
Progression, stats & leaderboards
- Points for every microgame win, more for the boss, plus a random Double Points round where everything you score counts double.
- Tracks points, wins, games played, microgames won and win rate for every player.
- 21 unlockable achievements across five categories, each with an unlock banner and sound, browsable in their own menu.
- Holographic Top-10 leaderboards for wins, points, games or win rate that update on their own.
- A built-in player menu to join arenas and a stats GUI to check your record.
- A fully configurable scoreboard and PlaceholderAPI support across the board — stats, arena state and top-10 lists.
Setup & configuration
- Create an arena, run
/mw setup, and a guided GUI handles every step: region, spawns, lobby, winner and loser pads. It even nudges you if you go idle. - Tune everything in
config.yml— countdown, number of rounds, round length, min/max players, and per-game knobs like anvil density, pillar height and the spleef arena size. - Every line of text lives in
messages.yml, so you can translate or rebrand the whole plugin in minutes. - Stores data in SQLite out of the box, or MySQL to share stats across a whole network.
