Changes
First public release.
What's in it
- Quarter-size pieces placed anywhere inside the block grid
- Three shapes: cube, panel, beam
- Solid pieces — mark a piece solid and it gets a real hitbox you can stand on
- Per-chunk limits so an enthusiastic builder can't take the server down
- Pieces are stored in the chunk itself, so they travel with your world
Known limitations
- A solid piece needs an invisible hitbox about one block tall beneath it. Solid pieces work as floors and steps, not as overhangs you walk under. Decorative pieces are unaffected.
- The hitbox is rectangular and does not follow the exact shape of thin panels.
Marked beta because this is the first public build. Report anything odd and I'll fix it.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
