💡 No economy plugin installed?
Players will not be able to pay for rentals until a Vault-compatible economy plugin is installed.

💡 100% Universal: If your server does not have an economy plugin installed, NexusRentals will automatically adapt! The plugin bypasses all transaction requirements, allowing players to claim and manage properties for free.

✨ Features 🛠️ Iron Shovel Selection: Admins can easily define 3D property boundaries using an Iron Shovel (Left-Click Pos 1, Right-Click Pos 2).

🛡️ Instant Zero-Day Protection: The exact millisecond a property is created, it is completely locked down. It protects against block breaking, explosions, pistons, fire spread, and unauthorized entry.

🚪 "Open House" Touring: Unrented properties allow regular players to walk inside and interact with doors/buttons to tour the property, while strictly blocking access to chests and containers to prevent theft.

🖥️ Interactive GUI Menus: Players can browse available real estate, check prices, and manage their active rentals through beautiful, easy-to-navigate graphical menus.

🤝 Tenant Trust System: Players can share their rented houses with friends by "trusting" them, granting them access to the region's doors and containers.

💻 Commands & Permissions 👤 Player Commands (Default Access) /rentals - Open the main GUI to browse all server properties.

/myrentals - Open a GUI showing your currently rented properties.

/rent info <property> - View pricing and availability details.

/rent tp <property> - Safely teleport to your rented property.

/rent extend <property> - Extend your current rental time.

/rentaltrust <player> <property> - Give a friend access to your rented home.

/rentaluntrust <player> <property> - Revoke a friend's access.

🛑 Admin Commands (nexusrentals.admin) /rentadmin create <name> <price> <days> - Create a new rental region from your Iron Shovel selection.

/rentadmin delete <name> - Permanently delete a property and its region.

/rentadmin tp <name> - Instantly teleport to any property to inspect it.

/rentadmin evict <name> - Forcefully evict a tenant and reset the property.

/rentadmin setprice <name> <amount> - Update the cost of a property.

/rentadmin setduration <name> <days> - Update the rental period.

/rentadmin list - View a list of all configured properties.

/rentadmin reload - Hot-reload the config and messages without restarting the server.
