Noble Whitelist Discord Integration

• The plugin now requires mc 1.18 or newer to run, this means the plugin will stay with java 17
• Fixed the link and unlink commands
• Expanded the send command with more options
• The emojis now can be specified as text (ex: :cat2:)

• Changed start messages to more colored ones

• New experimental "send" command, allows sending (or edit) a bot's message with a button, which opens a menu to allows the users to register to the whitelist without needing to use the "whitelist add" command.
