Fixed top placeholder bug

Since this version, plugin now supports only Paper and its forks.

also Plugin works only on 1.21.x

Added many QoL changes:

• /credits <player> shows targeted player balance
• support for offline players in add/remove/set commands
• added formatted placeholder
• more formatting
