PeekHealth

Shows the health of the mob or player you look at or attack — in your action bar. Paper 1.21+/26.x. Look-mode (crosshair raytrace, wall-aware), damage-mode (melee & projectiles), or both. Hearts bar, MiniMessage & legacy formats, per-player toggle (persisted), entity blacklist, world blacklist. One tiny jar, no dependencies. Commands: /peekhealth (toggle, players) · /peekhealth reload

Paper 1.21.11, 26.2 and 26.3 (runtime-tested, not just "it loads").
