added preserve-entity-state in lightning-transforms-entities, which, when enabled, will try to retain as much data as possible (held items, armor, etc) on the new mob.
removed beehive-lore and leash-snap settings as the equivalent is now available in vanilla game
permissions for all modules are now always registered and should be readable by permission plugins without having to enable the feature.
