Paper disables attribute swapping by default, which can cause issues when switching between weapons like the mace, spear, sword, and others during PvP.

RaeAttSwap automatically keeps the Paper setting disabled so vanilla attribute swapping works again. No need to edit paper-global.yml yourself.
