Random Teleport(RTP)

Официально последняя версия плагина, дальше он будет только выходить на другие версии и загрузчики. Будет обновляться только для исправления багов и оптимизации.
В этой версии исправил баг с тем что при использовании /rtp в незере телепортировало на бедрок.
Также добавил немного больше красок в сообщения

в /rtp centre добавлена возможность использовать ~ ~(свои координаты)
добавлена возможность использовать /rtp <ник>
исправлена ошибка с тем что если в названии биома было несколько слов то его было невозможно добавить
теперь перед использованием /rtp игрок не должен получать урон 10 секунд, а также использовать команду можно не чаще чем раз в 5 секунд. после использования игрок на 5 секунд не может двигаться и бессмертен.
при выбранном русском языке список биомов на русском
язык теперь каждый игрок может настроить только себе, а так же теперь эта команда доступна всем.
и другие мелкие исправления

добавлена функция которая запрещает телепортироваться в определенные биомы(по умолчанию все виды океанов) а так же добавлено автозаполнение(подсказки) для всех команд.
