RestartPlugin is a lightweight and reliable administration tool for Paper and Spigot servers. It allows server owners to execute controlled server shutdowns with a highly visible visual countdown, ensuring all player data and world states are saved safely without any data loss.

Important Notice on Server Rebounds (Please Read) To guarantee absolute data integrity and prevent player profile corruption, this plugin utilizes a clean shutdown sequence. Because the server process completely terminates, the server will remain offline and will not automatically reboot on its own.

You must either:

Manually click "Start" on your hosting dashboard (such as FalixNodes) after the countdown finishes.

Enable the "Auto-Restart on Exit/Crash" option directly in your server panel settings to let the host handle the reboot automatically.

Features

Visual BossBar Countdown: Displays a synchronized, real-time countdown bar to all online players.

Dynamic Color Shifts: The BossBar updates its progress smoothly and turns purple during the final 10 seconds to maximize visibility.

Safe Player Ejection: Kicks all active players with a clean, customizable notification message exactly one second before the server stops.

Fully Configurable: Easily modify the countdown duration, permission nodes, and all chat or BossBar messages inside the config.yml file.

Commands and Permissions

/rprestart [seconds] — Initiates the countdown sequence. If no time is specified, it defaults to the configuration value (for example, 60 seconds).

/rprestartstop — Instantly cancels an active countdown and alerts everyone on the server.
