Fixed a duplication bug

Added 3 new commands:
- /rvc list (Show the list of disabled items)
- /rvc disable (Disable specific items to be rvc'ed)
- /rvc enable (Enable disabled items)
🔧 Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where if you had 2 copies of an item, and rvc'ed one of them the other one would dissapear.
