Checked all the bugs, fixed them. Official release!

- Translated into English, tweaked things a bit

• Added test commands to reload plugin, but alas they don't work (I have golden hands). (/callreload and /rprofile reload)
• Now /language and /gender commands work, I will update the wiki soon.
• Now TabCompleter is supported in commands and you don't need to write gender/language manually, just write /language and hit TAB
• New aliases to the /profile command:
  • passport
  • account
  • profil (I'll remove it in the next update, because it was just for fun).

In the future I will make an abbreviation (alias) /lang

Fixed a error that one class was not found. This is an alpha version of the plugin, as I'm not sure everything will work - great. Later I will finalize the plugin, check everything and release it.

You can try using bukkit but I'm not sure as well that it will work, I haven't tested.
