ScoreboardPL is a lightweight, fully customizable scoreboard plugin for Paper, Folia, Purpur and Spigot. Drop it in, edit one well-documented config.yml, done. No database, no complicated setup.

Build different scoreboards for your lobby, survival, PvP and minigames, let ScoreboardPL pick the right one for every player automatically, and style it with 35+ placeholders, PlaceholderAPI, hex colors, gradients, rainbow text and animated titles.

🎯 Multiple Scoreboards

Define as many scoreboards (called profiles) as you like. Each player automatically sees the one that fits their situation, and it changes by itself when the situation changes: entering another world, switching gamemode, getting a new rank.

How a scoreboard is chosen

1. Manual override (/sb set or the API from another plugin)
2. Otherwise the highest priority profile whose conditions are all met (on a tie, the one listed first in the config wins)
3. Otherwise the default-profile

A profile without conditions is never picked automatically. It is only used as the default or as an override.

Conditions

Condition	Meaning

All entries inside conditions: must be true. Line conditions use a short form such as "world:survival", "permission:my.node" or "%player_level% >= 10", and a leading ! negates them.

Built for performance

• Conditions are parsed once when the config loads, never on every update
• World, gamemode and LuckPerms rank changes are picked up instantly through events, with no polling
• Only placeholder-based conditions are re-checked periodically, and the interval is configurable (condition-check-interval-ticks)
• A scoreboard is only redrawn when the chosen profile actually changes

🔌 PlaceholderAPI Support

PlaceholderAPI is fully optional and needs zero extra configuration:

• Use any placeholder from any other plugin (Essentials, Jobs, mcMMO, ...) in your lines, titles and conditions, right next to ScoreboardPL's own placeholders.
• PlaceholderAPI not installed? Everything still works, you just don't get the extra placeholders.
• ScoreboardPL also publishes its own values for other plugins (chat, tab, join messages, ...):

✨ Effects

Give your scoreboard some flair, without a resource pack or an extra plugin:

You can also animate the title itself: give title-frames a list of lines and ScoreboardPL cycles through them automatically, with configurable speed. Each profile can have its own animated title. Everything is optional, and plain & color codes keep working exactly as before.

📦 Installation

1. Download the file that matches your Minecraft version (see Compatibility below) and drop it into your plugins folder.
2. Restart the server.
3. Edit plugins/ScoreboardPL/config.yml and run /sb reload.

Vault, LuckPerms and PlaceholderAPI are optional. ScoreboardPL detects them automatically.
