Why ScriptedEssentials?

Features

Nicknames and skins

• Nicknames with history, and a lookup to see who the real player is behind the nickname
• Skins copied from any player, or from an online link
• Vanish to disappear from everyone who is not trusted

Kits

• Kit menu with categories, one-time kits and per-kit permissions
• Step-by-step creation go through the making of kits, one by one
• Ender chest and death kits, so a kit can save your ender chest or drop set items when you die

Orbital rods

Used by loads of creators and people across minecraft, ScriptedEssentials has over 10 different types or orbital. ranging from nuke shots, stab shots, railguns, lightning shot, wolf statis, totem statis, stasis rods all accessible with /orbital ingame!

Player tools

• Freeze Stops players where ever they are leaving them unable to move
• Half-heart protection Stops players from dying so recordings aren't having to constantly be redone
• on-Death options: spectator, kick or nothing, plus lightning, sounds and commands all happen on death
• The necessities: gamemodes, heal, feed, keep inventory, PvP toggle, potion presets and totems

Warps and teleports

• Travel custom set warps, custom spawn, /top and /worldtp
• Offline teleport to where a player logged out
• Dimension lock for the Nether and the End to stop players leaving and ruining recordings

Inventories

• Inventory rollback rollback players join, leave, death and timed snapshots
• Invsee and endersee to view and edit anyone's inventory
• Repair, restock, durability and rename, plus heads of random real players

Chat and server control

• Recording mode closes the server to new joins, mutes chat and changes the MOTD so people know there is a recording happening
• Server lock to enable a forced whitelist but doesn't let anything join, make it work automatically once /maxplayers is reached
• Chat tools: clear, mute and broadcast, block msgs to a player, and block commands for non operators
• Join, quit and death messages toggle off, or only shown to nearby players
• Word filter for nicknames and signs
• Kill all, auto clear, faster minecarts, random XP and a silent ban

Getting started

1. Put the jar in your plugins folder. You need Paper 1.21.8 or newer and Java 21.
2. Restart the server.
3. Run /se in game. Every command is in the menu with a short description, and /se search finds anything.
