Leveling system — gain XP on every harvest, level up to unlock sell/collect multipliers

Harvester binding — optionally bind a hoe to its owner
Drop confirmation — prevents accidental drops with a timed confirmation

Per-crop configuration — enable/disable crops, set worth, XP, drop amounts, and replant
Tax & boost system — permission-based money boosts and taxes
