Server Waypoint

2.8.4 update:

• fix crashing by FileSystemAlreadyExistsException when loading with some mods together

• from this version, waypoints will be saved in json format
• support RGB color for waypoint
• /wp list now only lists waypoints in the current dimension, use /wp list all to list all waypoints on server.
• /wp list <dimension> to list waypoints in one dimension, /wp list <dimension> <list name> to list one waypoint list.

Supports running on LAN servers. Fix crashing when mod path contains special characters.

Supports using UTF-8 characters in waypoint list name, waypoint name and initials. When including charaters like Chinese, Japanese, Korean characters, emoji, etc, it should be quoted like this "😊".
