removed /horsebond from the commands list (shhh)
Added the following things:
- /findfast (finds the fastest horse within a 20 block radius, then glows that horse)
- /togglehorseboard (shows the horse stats as a scoreboard for the player)
Initial release of Simple Horse stats. Will make some changes eventually though.
