This is the module, formerly known as the Announcer within Socialismus, has now been rebranded as Chirper and is available as a standalone module.
As of the RC2 version, Chirper is considered stable for production use.
To install these modules, simply place them in the modules directory located within the Socialismus folder in the plugins directory of your server. The supported platforms include VELOCITY, BUKKIT, PAPER, and FOLIA. Version support is provided across all versions supported by the plugin.
The documentation has been moved to the GitHub Wiki and will be completed before the official release. In the meantime, you can contact me for assistance via Discord.

- Announcer Delay: A delay can now be set, which will be used once when the announcer starts.
