funcy's Speedrun Timer

Updated to the lastest version

New changes:

• Player save: The timer now gets saved when all players log off
• Late join players will automatically have the current speedrun time
• Added a leaderbored system:

• updated for 1.21.5

Realsed for 1.21.4

• Updated for 1.12.3 (yes im very slow)

I have changed a lot of things:

• Added a player pause feature (suggested by jetoma on discord)
• Added prompts when the timer pauses or stops to be on your screen rather than in chat
• Added a way to increase/decrease the lobby border and the border when speedrunning!
