this is only usable for velocity for right now, i will release another project when i decide to develop one for standalone servers.
How to set up VelocityStatuspage
- Install the plugin JAR in your Velocity proxy’s
pluginsfolder. - Start Velocity once so the plugin can generate its configuration file.
- Stop the proxy.
- Sign in to Atlassian Statuspage and open API info.
- Click Create new API key, then copy the generated key.
- Open
plugins/velocitystatuspage/statuspage.propertiesand paste the key afterapi-token=.

- Return to API info, copy the Page ID for the status page you want to use, and paste it after
page-id=.

- Change
enabled=falsetoenabled=true. - Save the file and restart Velocity.
Your configuration should look similar to:
enabled=true
api-token=YOUR_API_KEY
page-id=YOUR_PAGE_ID
auto-create-components=true
When the plugin starts, it will detect the backend servers registered in velocity.toml and create missing Statuspage components automatically.
The console should display messages similar to:
[VelocityStatuspage] created Statuspage component for backend 'server1'
[VelocityStatuspage] monitoring 1 backend server(s) every 30 seconds
Your Status page should look something like this
