Squid's Staff bundle

Squid’s Staff Bundle is a staff toolkit for Minecraft servers that brings common moderation, staff controls, server-management actions, and practical anti-abuse alerts into one plugin.

Moderate players with bans, temporary bans, mutes, temporary mutes, warnings, kicks, and player histories. Staff can also freeze or vanish players, use a private staff chat, clear public chat, enable chat slow mode, and open an in-game control menu.

For day-to-day server management, authorized staff can heal or feed players, toggle flight, teleport to players, teleport everyone to themselves, inspect player inventories, broadcast messages, and manage the weather and time. Configuration can be reloaded in-game by an administrator.

The plugin includes configurable, alert-only server-side checks for sustained mid-air hovering, unusually rapid block placement, repeated block-placement patterns, suspicious creative-inventory actions outside creative mode, and oversized item stacks during inventory, pickup, or hopper transactions. Alerts go to players with the configured alert permission, and checks can be bypassed with a permission.

Important limitations: These checks are heuristics, not a complete anti-cheat or guaranteed dupe fix. Server-side plugins cannot reliably detect every cheat client, and Litematica, printer, and easy-place behavior can resemble ordinary building. The plugin does not automatically punish players for these alerts. Oversized-stack and creative-action safeguards cover specific suspicious transactions; they cannot prevent every Minecraft, server-version, or other-plugin duplication exploit. Review alerts before taking action.

The plugin targets Paper 1.21.x. Configure messages, moderation defaults, anti-cheat thresholds, alert cooldowns, and UI settings in config.yml.
