📦 Staff Mode Plus

Staff Mode Plus is an advanced moderation toolset for Minecraft servers that empowers staff members with powerful yet discreet controls to monitor, moderate, and manage gameplay activity without interrupting the player experience.

🛠️ Features

/staffmode or /sm – Toggle staff mode on/off.

• Clears inventory and gives a custom staff hotbar.

• Puts staff in Creative mode by default.

• Removes player from tab list and hides them from others (unless unvanished).

• Displays persistent action bar status.

• Hotbar Items in Staff Mode:

✅ Tp Compass – Teleports you to a random online player.

🪄 Gamemode Switcher Wand – Toggle between Creative and Spectator.

🟥 Staff Mode Switcher – Exit staff mode instantly.

🧿 Vanish Switcher – Toggle visibility while remaining in staff mode.

/staffchat – Toggle staff-only chat mode.

• When enabled, all messages go to staff only.

• Only players with staffchat.view permission can see them.

• Messages are formatted: §b§lStaff Chat - (Player) - message.

• Inventory Protection

• Staff mode tools cannot be dropped.

• Automatically restores visibility

• Restores the inventory you had when entering staff mode

🍀 Permissions

• staffmode.use (this is for using the /staffmode and /sm command)

• staffchat.view (for using the /staffchat and allowing the player to view the staff chat)

all permissions default to OP (if you are op you get all these permissions)
