A sleek, full-screen announcement plugin for Minecraft servers — send eye-catching pop-up announcements through an in-game GUI, with random or custom colors and zero chat spam.

📄 Features

• 🎨 Random or custom colors — every announcement gets a random color, or lock in your own from the in-game color picker
• 🖥️ Full-screen popups — messages appear as a big title in the center of every player's screen for 5 seconds
• 🖱️ In-game GUI — no typing long commands, just open /announce and type your message directly
• 🔊 Sound + chat echo — a subtle notification sound plays, and the message is echoed in chat for scrollback
• 🔓 Open to everyone by default — no operator requirement, fully toggleable
• 🛡️ Simple access control — operators can enable/disable player access with one command, saved permanently
• ⌨️ Console-friendly — announcements can also be triggered straight from console

📁 Commands

• 📌 /help — Shows plugin info and links
• 📌 /announce — Opens the announcement GUI (or accepts a message directly from console)
• 📌 /user Usage <True/False> — Operators only — toggles whether regular players can use /announce

⚙️ Configuration

• 🔧 default-usage-enabled — controls whether non-operator players can use /announce
