Changes
- New: one jar for Paper 1.21.4 - 1.21.11 and 26.x, Java 21 or newer (1.0.0 needed 26.2 and Java 25). The config advisor is checked against the default configs of 1.21.4, 1.21.8, 1.21.11, 26.1.2 and 26.2
- New: lag incident journal - when the server lags, TickWarden records what was going on: crowded chunks and who stood next to them, new chunks being generated and near whom, redstone activity, players online - and names the likely cause.
/tickwarden incidents,/tickwarden incident <n>, daily files inplugins/TickWarden/incidents/ - New: chat message to admins (
tickwarden.notify) when a lag incident starts, click for the details; optional Discord webhook - New: redstone watch - finds redstone clocks and shows them in
/tickwarden scan,/tickwarden reportand lag incidents. Breaking clocks automatically is a separate option, off by default - New: adaptive simulation distance - when the average tick stays over 50 ms for 20 seconds, the simulation distance goes down a step (never below 5) and comes back by itself when the load drops. Admins are told; nothing is written to server.properties or the worlds
- New: PlaceholderAPI placeholders - tps, mspt, mspt_color, incidents_today, last_incident, simdistance, redstone_clocks (PlaceholderAPI 2.12+ on 26.x)
- Changed:
/tickwarden reportshows lag incidents, redstone clocks and the simulation distance
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
