ToggleChat v1.0 - Initial Release

  • Chat Toggling: Added the /togglechat command for players to enable/disable their personal chat visibility (togglechat.use permission).
  • Message Blocking: Prevents standard chat messages from being sent when chat is toggled off.
  • Command Blocking: Blocks specific chat-related commands (default: /me, /say, /minecraft:me, /minecraft:say) when chat is toggled off.
  • Full Configuration:
    • All user-facing messages can be customized in config.yml using MiniMessage format.
    • The list of blocked commands can be customized in config.yml.
  • Notifications: Players are notified when attempting to chat or use blocked commands while toggled off.
  • Paper API: Built using modern Paper API practices (Adventure, events).
