VanillaXServer

The server side of the VanillaX client. It detects players who run VanillaX, exposes the modules they have turned on to other plugins, and lets detected players see each other's cosmetics and emotes without linking an account.

Features

  • Detects VanillaX clients when they join (VanillaX 1.0.2 or newer)
  • Shows which modules a player has enabled
  • Relays cosmetics (cape, hat, wings, pet) between detected players on the same server
  • Relays emotes to detected players nearby
  • Nothing to configure, drop the jar in and restart

Commands

  • /vanillax [player] shows whether a player runs VanillaX and which modules are on
  • /vanillax reload reloads the plugin

Permissions

  • vanillaxserver.check use /vanillax (default: op)
  • vanillaxserver.reload use /vanillax reload (default: op)

Requirements

  • Paper 1.21 or newer
  • Java 21
  • Players need the VanillaX client
