VisorPlugin

It is a plugin to support VisorMod

This plugin listens for packets from clients using Visor mod, and handles those packets almost same way as Visor mod itself.

• VR hands/body movements visible on server for players with Visor mod installed
• API for other plugins to access VR data
• Later: PlaceholdersAPI, Vault extensions for Visor.
• Later: patches to server core to support some Visor server-side features

VisorPlugin is in alpha stage, and code is a little bit messy. it is planned to be reworked within next couple of months.
