VoteSystem

Ask your players a question and let them answer with one click. An admin starts a vote with 2 to 4 options, players open a small menu and click a paper, and the results are shown to everyone with percentages.

🇺🇸 English Description

VoteSystem is a tiny poll plugin for in-game decisions: "Reset the End?", "Which biome for the next event?", "Give night vision?". No setup, no config, no dependencies.

✨ Features

• One Command to Start: /choose create "Question?" "Yes" "No". Options with spaces work too: "Dark forest" "Snowy plains".
• Clickable Menu: /vote opens a one-row menu with a paper for every option. Click to vote.
• One Vote per Player: a second click is refused.
• Live Counters: the number of votes on each paper updates for everyone who has the menu open.
• Results for Everyone: /choose over broadcasts every option with its votes, percentage and a progress bar.
• Safe Menu: items cannot be taken out of or dragged into the menu, and a renamed paper in a player's own inventory does not count as a vote.

⚠️ Good to know

• One vote at a time. End the current one with /choose over before starting a new one.
• /choose create is for players only; /choose over also works from the console.
• Votes are kept in memory: a restart or /reload ends the current vote without results.
• Supported range: 1.21 - 26.2. Confirmed by testing on Purpur 1.21, 1.21.4, 1.21.11, 26.1.2 and 26.2; other versions in this range are expected to work but have not been tested individually.
• Tested on Purpur only. Paper, Spigot and Bukkit use the same Bukkit API but were not run separately.

VoteSystem — маленький плагин опросов для решений прямо в игре: «Сбросить Энд?», «Какой биом для следующего ивента?», «Давать ночное зрение?». Без настройки, без конфига, без зависимостей.

✨ Особенности

• Запуск одной командой: /choose create "Вопрос?" "Да" "Нет". Варианты с пробелами тоже работают: "Тёмный лес" "Снежные равнины".
• Меню с кликом: /vote открывает меню в один ряд, на каждый вариант — бумажка. Клик — и голос учтён.
• Один голос на игрока: повторный клик не засчитывается.
• Живые счётчики: число голосов на бумажках обновляется у всех, у кого открыто меню.
• Результаты для всех: /choose over выводит в чат каждый вариант с голосами, процентом и полоской.
• Безопасное меню: предметы нельзя вытащить из меню или перетащить в него, а переименованная бумажка в своём инвентаре голосом не считается.

⚠️ Стоит знать

• Одновременно идёт одно голосование. Завершите текущее через /choose over, прежде чем начинать новое.
• /choose create — только для игроков; /choose over работает и из консоли.
• Голоса хранятся в памяти: перезапуск или /reload завершает текущее голосование без результатов.
• Поддерживаемый диапазон: 1.21 - 26.2. Проверено тестами на Purpur 1.21, 1.21.4, 1.21.11, 26.1.2 и 26.2; остальные версии диапазона должны работать, но отдельно не проверялись.
• Тестировалось только на Purpur. Paper, Spigot и Bukkit используют тот же Bukkit API, но отдельно не запускались.

🚀 Installation / Установка

1. Download the VoteSystem-1.1.0.jar file.
2. Drop it into your server's plugins/ folder.
3. Restart your server and start a vote with /choose create "Question?" "Yes" "No".
