Summary:

The purpose of this plugin is for server owners to block the usage of VPNs to prevent things such as ban evasion. I plan on later adding library-like functionality to allow other plugins to utilise these utilities.

API Notice

This plugin utilises an API located at antivpn.mitl.it to check whether players are using VPNs. This means that the IPs of joining players are sent there to be checked. IPs will not be logged or stored.
