Teleport, list, and delete worlds with clean commands -- fast, lightweight, and easy to use.

Usage:

• /wtp tp <world>
• /wtp tp <player> <world>
• /wtp list
• /wtp delete <world>

No bloat. Just simple world control.

Currently only available on versions 1.19-1.21+. More version support available if needed (join the discord)
