Would You Rather?

Would you rather is a unique and ridiculous minigame where players are prompted with different options, and forced to choose the seemingly less painful of the two. Every configured amount of time, all players will be presented with a "Would you Rather?" prompt. Each prompt contains two choices, with each choice containing a beneficial effect, and a detrimental effect.

Getting Started

1. Install plugin on server
2. (Optional) Configure plugin values as shown below
3. Run /wouldyourather start to start the game

Displays help information and a link to the documentation.

/wyr start
Starts a new Would You Rather game.

/wyr stop
Stops the current Would You Rather game.

/wyr pause
Pauses the active Would You Rather game.

/wyr unpause
Unpauses a paused Would You Rather game.

/wyr removeeffect <player> <effect>
Removes an active Would You Rather effect from a specified player.

/wyr checkactiveeffects [player]
Checks and lists all active Would You Rather effects on a specified player or yourself.

/wyr sendnewprompt
Forces the game to send a new prompt immediately.

/wyr config
Displays all configurable settings and their current values.

/wyr config <key>
Displays the value of a specific configuration key.

/wyr config <key> <value>
Sets a configuration key to a new value.

/wyr addspectator <player>
Adds a player to the spectator list for the current or next game.

/wyr removespectator <player>
Removes a player from the spectator list.

Configuration

Configuration for the plugin is quite simple, and is done via in game commands opposed to a config file.

Configuration Command Usage

/wyr config [config key] [config value]
If the [config key] field is left blank, it will show all the available config options and their current values.
Config values can be updated on the fly during a game, and a changed value will be automatically updated without the need for stopping or restarting the game.
