Smolder's Ultimatum

Purpose

The purpose of Smolder's Ultimatum is to provide a seamless and optimized Minecraft experience while improving anything that can be improved. These include performance boosts, gameplay tweaks, and other miscellaneous quality of life features.

Mods

Smolder's Ultimatum is built on Fabric to provide a lightweight, compatible, and cohesive user experience. All of the mods in this pack are tested to ensure they add to the game in some way.

Performance

Smolder's Ultimatum makes the use of mods like Sodium and Entity Culling to improve the overall performance of the game, reserving more specialized yet heavily needed fixes for mods like Ixeris and Optimized Block Entities. Despite affecting performance, Complementary Reimagined is included for optional visual enhancement alongside Euphoria Patches for even more features.

Tweaks

Smolder's Ultimatum also uses slight gameplay tweaks and fixes to do what other modpacks don't. These include common bug fixing mods like Debugify and AttributeFix as well as obscure fixes such as Simply Snowy Fix and Fix Horizontal Camera Lag.

Quality of Life

Mods like Better Mount HUD, Distant Horizons, and LambDynamicLights make Minecraft more satisfying to play and even more desirable to return to. It gives Minecraft back the spark that disappeared a while ago. Resource packs are also utilized for some slight improvements to the experience with fixes from Chat Reporting Helper, Clearer Slot Highlight, and Translations for Sodium.

Releases

Releases for newer versions will come as soon as a version of ViaFabricPlus is made available for them. Since ViaFabricPlus allows connecting to any server version, it is the only requirement for upgrading the pack. The current version is 26.2, the latest version of the game.
