Features

  • Re-adds the default Minecraft advancements, that are blocked by Matcha Flavoured.
  • Makes mods compatible with Matcha Flavoured that parent their advancements to Minecraft's default advancements. (like Dungeons and Taverns)
  • This datapack does not add any new advancements or game mechanics, it is only a patch.

Full Version

  • Re-adds all native advancements.

Slim Version

  • Re-adds only the root advancements.
  • Invisible, until a mod attaches itself to a root advancement.
  • Perfect for mod support, while still acknowledging the spirit of Matcha Flavoured.

Installation

  • Check the optional dependencies for each version.
  • Download the newest version that includes your currently installed Matcha version in the dependency list.
  • When in doubt, just download the version with the same Minecraft version as your Matcha installation.
  • Place the zip file into your world's datapacks folder.
  • Make sure to place this pack above Matcha Flavoured, when enabling the pack.

If you already have a world

  • Enable commands and type:
  • /datapack list enabled
  • /datapack list available
  • /datapack enable "file/Matcha Re Advancements 1.12.3+slim.zip" after "file/MF_DP_1_12_3_26_2.zip"
  • You get the correct filenames through the first two commands.

In case your load order is wrong

  • /datapack disable "file/Matcha Re Advancements 1.12.3+slim.zip"
  • /datapack enable "file/Matcha Re Advancements 1.12.3+slim.zip" after "file/MF_DP_1_12_3_26_2.zip"

Quirks

  • Some advancements might not be possible to achieve, since Matcha changes so many game mechanics.
  • For some activities you might get two advancements at once (the Matcha advancement and the Minecraft advancement).
